I have been officiating at public events as a  Professional Toastmaster for over 18 years now in Chester, Cheshire, North Wales and Merseyside, in fact around the UK and abroad. I have built up a reputation as a respected, diligent and humorous Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies.  A graduate of the UK School of Professional Toastmasters, I therefore have a sound base of the etiquette and protocol expected at Weddings, Civic, Corporate and other events.

For those looking for a very formal and regimented affair, my seven years in HM Royal Marines holds me in good stead to cast a professional and knowing eye over the plans beforehand and I will work with the bridal party, or event organiser, to ensure their dream day  or event goes ahead without any dramas.

Light Hearted Approach

I am also very apt at offering a slightly more light hearted, but less formal approach, should that be required, but taking none of the whow factor out of the proceedings that the guests and bridal party expect on the day.

My role is to take all the pressure and anxiety off the Bride, Bride Groom and Bridal Party, especially the Best Man, futhermore, you can all relax and thoroughly enjoy the whole day knowing that every attention to detail is being professionally organised and controlled on their behalf.  Working closely with the management of the venue, I will ensure that things happen on time in the right place and with the right people present.

We would meet up, up to 10 days before the big day and we will talk through your final plans, timings and if needs be your speeches to ensure that all last minute nerves are banish away and you feel relaxed and ready to go.

Event Coordinator on the Day

Liaising with the photographer and other third party suppliers on the day I will ensure that they have the right people in the right place at the right time.  You should be the centre of attention and I will ensure the pictures etc. are taken with the least amount of fuss on your behalf.

Helping to direct your guests in the right direction throughout the day in a discreet and dignified manner, I will blend in to the back ground ensuring the bridal party rightfully claim all the plaudits and are centre stage.

The same, in truth,  obviously goes for civic, corporate, charity or  other  formal occasions where prior planning and preparation are essential in ensuring the occasion goes without a hitch. You want your event to run perfectly, well so do I.
